报告摘要:
Supervisory control is usually considered as an external control mechanism to a system by controlling the occurrences of its controllable events. Since a system’s Petri net model may have non-convex legal reachability space, it cannot be optimally controlled by the conjunctions of linear constraints. This work addresses three issues to deal with deadlock problems by disjunctive constraints:
1) An optimal control mechanism is presented by dividing the set of legal markings into multi-subsets and designing a linear constraint for each subset.
2) An Integer Linear Programming Problem is formulated to obtain a minimum set of linear constraints such that each constraint can forbid all First-met Bad Markings and every legal marking satisfies at least one constraint.
3) A Petri net supervisory structure is proposed for the disjunctions of linear constraints. The supervisor controls only the transitions in the original net but does not change its states.
The proposed method is applicable to all FMS-oriented classes of Petri net models in the literature.
